Passengers of the domestic flights must have finished the check-in operations 20 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
For the international flights, 25 minutes before.
To avoid delays due to the check-in operations congestion, AVDA s.p.A. suggests to reach the airport 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Once the check-in carried out, reach the departure hall at least 10 minutes before the expected boarding time keeping in hand the boarding card and an identity document.
The boarding card given at the check-in allows passengers to get into the plane. Besides passenger name and surname it indicates also the boarding time and the number of the gate. At the gate, the airport staff will take the boarding card and will leave to the passenger only the coupon with the assigned plane seat.
Documents
It is necessary a valid identification document.
Remember to always check the expiring date.
