AVDA S.p.A was established on 22/12/2004 between the “Regione Autonoma Valle d’Aosta” and “AIR VALLEE S.p.A” as a private partner.
AIR VALLEE S.p.A is a company limited by shares established on 1st June 1987 between natural and juridical persons, to promote the commercial development of “Corrado Gex” airport of Saint Christophe.
The airport activity management consists in planning, developing and realising the maintenance and use of all the airport equipment together with the State property.

AVDA spa also assures the efficiency of the plant and of all the airport machinery used for the service, providing, directly or by asking to outside subjects possessing the necessary technical-productive skills, the ordinary or extraordinary maintenance of the airport equipment, plants and premises and the cleaning of all the airport facilities.
AVDA spa, during its period of management, will fulfil as contractor all the procedures for the realisation of the airport equipment interventions estimated in the Investment Plan approved by the Regional Administration.
